Personas of your target audience

At Oasis Interactive, we believe there is a huge difference between building a website for a client, and building a website for a client’s customer. At the beginning of each project, I will always reinforce the need to understand the persona of the target audiences before even looking at site architecture, creative concepts and applications.

The model is simple. Identify who the target audiences are and establish the purpose and goals of their visit. Once all target audiences are identified and their needs established, create content paths from pages of entry to the page where their goals can be achieved.

Using the content paths as a guide, you can now create site architecture that results in a user-centric website.
